- All activity conducted under your Account.

Multiple Accounts
Only one Account per user is permitted unless otherwise expressly approved by ReelixMate. Violations may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure, and may affect associated balances and bonuses.
7. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
All deposits made to ReelixMate are treated as final and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or agreed by the Company.

9. Promotions & Bonuses
Bonus Conditions
All promotions, bonuses, and offers are subject to separate terms and wagering conditions, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
Prohibited Bonus Conduct
Users must not:
- Operate multiple Accounts to gain bonus advantages.
- Collaborate or collude with others to exploit promotions.

Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in account closure, confiscation of balances, and voided activity where permitted.
11. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, software, design assets, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to ReelixMate.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without written authorisation from the Company.
Users receive only a limited, personal, and non-transferable right to use the Platform for lawful personal purposes.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ReelixMate does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
No Guarantees
The Company does not guarantee continuous platform availability, nor that games or systems will always operate without delay or interruption.
Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelixMate’s liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the user during the previous three months.
